He’s got no vision. He’s got no balls. He’s a little man with bad ideas and apparently no patience or business sense. Major mistake by buffet to put him in this position. Geico had a lot of good going for it. The MDP job is being phased out. Front line roles are considered overstaffed. The recruiters that have hired for these roles are being laid off because the company does not need the recruiting power to replace staff in front line roles as they naturally turnover or are fired. You don't read very well.

Carrying some advice over from the tech industry layoffs.
